A continuation of the previous Classes (Class 36 and 37 on Karika 27 which covered the concept that the recording mind (manas) is also considered a sense organ (indriya) as it possesses the nature of both [the organs of perception (jñānendriyas) and the organs of action (karmendriyas)]. It ponders, and it has properties common to the sense organs. Its manifoldness and its diverse external forms are both due to special modifications of the attributes.
